  Worked with Dennis on a challenging Microsoft Outlook Issue. He was wonderful and in less than 2 minutes, the issue was resolved. He was able to "remote in" to be able to solve the issue. Very pleasant, knowledgeable tech! I will be using him for all of my future tech issues! Thank you Dennis!

  In desperation I went to Cyber Knight on a friend's recommendation to get my computer to work again. I'm of your mother's generation so I need lot of help and don't really speak the language. The guys at C K were wonderful! They talked in a language I could understand and even re-did part of the "grease job and oil change" I had asked for because it took the computer beyond my ability to use it. The computer and I have finally found a place where we're both comfortable. Yeah! Cyber Knight!
